Scam call, spoofing Starling Banks number from abroad, first they will make a small transaction from Groupon or Amazon to make it look as if they know fraudulent activities has taken place on your account and how much for, then they will claim a much larger amount has been attempted but cancelled by them. SCAM - I got a text saying I had missed a parcel delivery from the Post Office, funny as I am expecting a parcel today, but it is NOT the Post Office who is delivering it. The text message tried to send me to a website to rebook delivery, but my Apple phone warned me the website was dangerous to go to, so I did not load it.

Mobile phone spam / scam / fraud. Scammers pretend to call from Currys Mobile department. They will sign you up on a completely different deal than agreed initially with the most expensive phone available. They use several phone numbers some of them on Whatsapp. Also will e-mail an order confirmation from an address that seems genuine. It's not. After receiving the parcel they will try to convince you to send the phone back to some shady residential address. Avoid!

Phone call from this number offering warranty on my fridge, cooker & washing machine. I was not interested in any cover & the tone of the call led me to immediately believe that this was a scam call. Terminated the call.
