This is listed as an insurance call by others but presented themselves as an Energy helpline to me. Scammers! Beware.
I checked with Virgin after readin Peters comments and they told me it was not a premium rate call .. it was a local rate .. I had a county court bailiff attend my premises and this telephone number was also on the paperwork I was given !! :(
