They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. This number calls a LOT especially as I have asked twice to be removed from their database. Excel services wanting to service a dyson we do not have. Just had a call today, VERY rude girl. I told her we had already asked to be taken off the database, we don t have a dyson. She said that s why she s got us down as non-dyson. So they can make a note of that bit but not the fact that we re not interested?! I ended up hanging up, she was just so unpleasant.

Only wanted to speak to owner of business. When asked about his company he gave the company name. When I asked what they did he spoke to me as if I was stupid and said "we finance Companies". When I said we were ok thanks he sneered as me and said "yeh right", so I said goodbye and hung up. Whatever they are trying to sell they will get no customers with that attitude. When asked the caller couldn t tell me the address of the company although eventually said it was Erskine House in Clydebank but she didn t know the street etc. I did ask how she found her way to work but the answer was that she walked! Apparently there was "funding available" and when asked who funded it she said "scrappage windows".
