Call Guardian blocked this caller. I returned the call on my mobile which was answered by "Calls UK" "customer services" (on a mobile number?!). Apparently we have a "policy" re: nuisance calls and we will be contacted again. I said we don t wish to be contacted again and, in fact, our "policy" is rubbish. She then hung up on me. Obviously a scam = blocked.

Foreign accent. Tried to say I was owed money from an overpayment of hidden PPI.
Quickly say Biwater but push Business Stream. Want to apply discounts. Go ahead why do you need to call? Who refuses discounts? Looked up Biwater website as I have worked for Water Projects and knew the name to confirm my thoughts. Personally wouldn t trust them. Our business water provider already give discounts. We did our homework!

Asked me for my address, which they said was wrong, and kept asking for my previous addresses, saying it will be a previous address and can I confirm my previous addresses. Called no message left. When I returned the call a real person answered alleging they were from HMRC. The call had very noisy background which sounded like a call centre. I immediately hung up the call.

SCAM / SPAM Indian call centre with spoofed number. Lots of these calls are blocked by BT Call Protect and/or my number blocking handsets.
