Pretty pathetic scammer - doesn t withhold his number and wastes precious time arguing with me that he really was from Microsoft.

I have caller display and never answer a call with a number I don t recognise. TPS is useless as these scam merchants don t use the listings anyway, and TPS cannot do anything about it. ICO doesn t seem to do much either. Simply let it ring... my answer-phone kicks in after twenty rings and is completely blank. I know who might call me and which calls I will answer.

You might see this number if you are cooperating with certain Lettings Agencies, the one that uses Rentshield to get references for them, will probably also try to tell you that you need Liability Insurance Policy as a new Tenant. I dealt with a very transparent and honest Letting Agency and they told me that I DON T NEED Liability Policy when dealing with them. Just a strange number keeps showing up on my partners phone when we ring back there's never an answe

Told me I had an accident in my car. This was news to me, maybe I did it in my sleep. Scam of some sort. They called themselves Acadamy Legal or something like that. This number is a local code to me, so I assume they can use local exchanges to fool you into trusting them more.

Anonymous, 371 is the country code for Latvia, and 00 is not an access code for London for anyone dialling from abroad, that would have to be 00 44 20, then an eight digit number.

This number has called three times today, really annoying as won t leave a message. will txt them and see what happens.

Insurance scam say they are affiliate of know company. Told them I didn't want any and thanked them for their interest in me. They were still chundering on when I hung up.
