Re below....untrustworthy!!! Claimed to be from EE, asked me if they were speaking to me by my name, I confirmed that they were speaking to the right person. Then they said “I’m going to hang up now” then hung up Reported to EE, they said they are a marketing company and are partners with EE as he checked it on the EE website. Called from this number asking about my "Microsoft product" very agressive when I said I could not switch on my machine at this time. Very strong accent, difficult to understand. When I asked where they were calling from she just got cross and told me my laptop wouldn t work if I didn t switch it on now!

Its not just AO I just received a call from a young woman claiming to be from boots appliances, in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact her sole purpose was to sell insurance cover! She repeated every detail of my delivery, which I already know, told me they can remove my old appliance, which I already know etc etc etc then asked me why my old appliance was broken! All leading to the insurance pitch! These are badly scripted insurance sales calls! I am very disappointed that boots
