Press 1 to cancel, press 2 for any other queries. Identical call to one I had from this dialling code last week.

Automated call stating that an official letter from HMRC tax is on route to me and legal action is being taken. Asks you to press 1 to speak to an official representative. Got to be a scam, I'm employed by the NHS and all my tax & National insurance is sorted by them. Blocked the number, I'll worry when the "official letter" turns up!

SCAM / SPAM I was informed my pc is reporting errors to Virgin Media. I informed the caller I'd speak to him again but I was going to ring Virgin Media to get them to put me through to him. I ended the call because the ONLY person my pc reports error to is me.

As other comments - missed call from Guy s and St Thomas hospital (London UK), auto message says they ll call again if it s urgent. I was expecting to hear from them, and it s good that they don t leave a message which could be a security issue.

This is the Scottish Ambulance Service, calling me back.
Just had this number call (Liverpool code, with non-geographical sub-code 808) - but I never pick up the phone. Worst thing you can do, as it confirms to the other end yours is a proper phone number which will now be sold on to every piece of scum in the known universe. This explains the silent treatment from any real person (low-lifeform) at the other end. Let the phone ring until the other end gets fed up and ends the call, then dial 1471 and note down the number. Google it to see what scum has tried

This No. is used by Community Call Prevention - a company that claims to reduce unwanted calls. All they do is charge you a monthly fee to register you on the free TPS register This company is a part of the problem, not the solution. They have been told many times to stop calling & that all percieved "permissions" to call have been recinded. They say, each time, that the previous operator didn't action the request properly and promise it is fixed now...

I rang them back with fack name they sujested so i went with it, was on the phone for 21mins before they noticed i was wasting their time. The already had this Sam fellows details on file so i asked if they had big breasts and no the number is off line
I’ve just had a call from this number which was automated and informed me that a transaction of £900 had been spent on my Visa Credit Card and to press 1 to enquire about it. This is a scam as I don’t have a Visa Credit Card so everyone please be aware of this number .

SCAM, called me saying they were from carphone warehouse saying they are going under and giving out iPhones and Samsung’s. Then proceeding to ask all kinds of personal questions like what phone I’m using, what phone company I’m with and how much I’m spending every month.
