SCAM Called and claimed to be from Vodafone and offered 40% discount for six months as a loyal customer Asked to confirm my name, address, email address. When I asked that I wanted to be sure they were from Vodafone, and they exclaimed "of course it is Vodafone" I said no thanks and hung up

SPAM "Hello Sir how are you" - always an indicator of some spam call from a busy call centre. Calling to offer 25% off electricity and gas bills.

No name given. He said he was working for Amazon and needed to track down who had ordered 2 mobile phones from Amazon using my bank details (which he had) but had arranged to be delivered to an address that was not mine. To do this he wanted me to go into my bank app and arrange a transfer of £5000 to an account for which he provided and which my bank cleared as existing. I went along with it up to the point of transfer and he then became pressing and agitated.

Hung up when I answered

SCAM Foreign sounding man asked if my name was ###### when I answered "Who's asking?" he hung up. Number has now been blocked.

SCAM robocall claiming to be from the Visa Department and that a £900 charge had been made to my account. As my bank does not conduct business via robocalls this can only be a scam.

I had a phone call from 02922229992 clalming to be Eon, who asked if I wanted a 'Smart meter', they wanted my account details.... RED FLAG!!!!! Eon SHOULD have my account details - well, they certainly had my phone number. I contacted Eon and they told me to block the number it wan't them....! To be hones't I wondered if this was some dirty trick Eon had dreamed up - how would THEY know I had no Smart meter..... and how did they get my phone number, no prizes for guessing sorry. Received a suspicious call from this number claiming to be from EE. The caller had a strong Indian accent and asked for my account details. Immediately sensed a scam and hung up. Remember, never disclose your personal information to unsolicited calls.

Keeps calling..Silent calls totally unacceptable and pissing me off.

TAXES/HMRC - an automated voice said they're HMRC. But are they?! - I'm suspicious due to there being so many phone scams! - (I never press "1" on my keypad to strange numbers now). I'll call them & find out & let you know, (if I can).

Got a call very early in the morn, early for me that is, so I was half a sleep, from a man with a Northern Irish Accent from 03002003884 asking about corporation tax payable, he knew many details including my turn over, he asked me to confirm my date of birth and address, I did this, all of this is of course available on the Company's House website. Recorded message saying from bank fraud team.I hung up and checked number which is registered to a property firm in Edinburgh.

An automated call voice call claiming to be from Visa saying that £900 had been charged to my Visa account. Press button 1 to confirm....which I didn't. I suggest that you don't either.

SPAM This number leaves an automated robotic sounding message with a slight american accent if the call is unanswered. But the 121 message service only catches the end of the message which asks you to press now to avoid court proceedings. Therefore this appears to be a Scam and the number should be treated with extreme caution. This is the second time in a few days I have been targeted and the number also had 07738 prefix but followed by 207964

Received call this morning. It rang 4 time then off. Message left supposedly from Amazon. Number shown as being from Leicester. Suspect it is a scam.

SCAM this number is sending out texts that are a potential scam - just received a message purporting to be from one of my sons. On checking with this website I find this number is in Manchester Uk, as was the number they asked me to WhatsApp. My son, on the other hand is nowhere even close to the Uk.
