Guy with an Indian accent who spoke very fast when he left me a voice mail. I couldn t understand him so thought I would look up his number first, and this is what I found.

Definitely, do not talk to them they sound very dodgy. PPI claiming. Quite annoying and agressive. I hung up after 5min talking to them.

Received call on poor quality line from a company that sounded like "Forward Life" - despite number being registered with the TPS.

Scam call - automated call claiming to be BT and going to disconnect me and to press 1.

Called as TalkTalk, said the broadband connection would be off in 2 hours due to corrupt files from my computer! Told her she was talking XXXXX & put phone down.

Ringing people to try and get bank details after nuisance calling all day.

Ppi,asked for bank details,told them to wait while i got them and just put the phone to one side for about 15mins while i ignord them

Let them ramble on for a bit; apparently I could be owed thousands in PPI claims, which they would chase for me for only 30% of it. For reassurance they gave me a different callback number to the one that had rung on my mobile, then asked if I would speak to my bank and request PPI information on their behalf while they kept me on hold. I got this call as well and when he asked for date of birth I declined to join up with him

Call Guardian blocked this caller. I returned the call on my mobile which was answered by "Calls UK" "customer services" (on a mobile number?!). Apparently we have a "policy" re: nuisance calls and we will be contacted again. I said we don t wish to be contacted again and, in fact, our "policy" is rubbish. She then hung up on me. Obviously a scam = blocked.
