Man called - said his name was Sean Cruz - said he was from the Citizens Advice - got my details from the Office of Fair Trading. Said his address was 24 Lancashire!! I pressed him more, said his address was 24 Heather Ave, Lancashire, 208 001 Tried to get details out of me, I would not confirm anything. Told him I was registered with TPS and he should not be calling. He told me he s been getting away with these calls for years and TPS were useless. Tried to call me twice, when I tried to return the call it was not not recognised and I was told to check the number.... I ve blocked it. ...sorry I posted as trustworthy by mistake, IT IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!

Scam and fraud. Machine voice stating that they are my mastercard provider (didn't say which one) and that £600 has been taken from my bank by a foreign account. I hung up.

Tried to get me to claim for Endowment Policy miss selling, then Packaged bank accounts... Very pushy.

Called today in reference to reducing my debt i asked how they had acquired the number asked for the number to be removed from data base they hung up.

Unknown- missed call, no voicemail

They have no legal basis to chase most debts but they lie and say they have. Best ignore them, say nothing and hang up.
