Extremely annoying organisation, I receive several calls a day from this number, I have asked on several occaisions to be removed from their calling list but they continue to call. It will result in some very choice words to the next person that calls me.

Press 1 to speak to the case officer (not going to happen!) or a warrant for my arrest would be issued if the call was not connected (yeah right!). I just received a missed call from this number and a automated voicemail. They stated they were HMRC and that I had an open action against my National Insurance number that needed immediate action, or will result in my NI number being suspended.
