We had issues with this caller last year. I reported it to the police but still waiting for news.

Extremely annoying organisation, I receive several calls a day from this number, I have asked on several occaisions to be removed from their calling list but they continue to call. It will result in some very choice words to the next person that calls me.

They keep calling even when no answer seem to like holiday periods

They called saying they were doning government survey etc , I told them I didn t want to know and also said we were registered with TPS. I eventually put phone down on them.

Automated voice threatening to stop internet access in next three days due to "illegal activity".

It looks as though they re back at work after the Holidays... received a call from SAM (who sounds American(?)) Said he was from Consumer Refunds or something! He asked for Mr Charles . I told him he had the wrong number to which he asked if I was the owner of the number. I asked if he was on to sell anything, I m not interested. Usual bull about he s not selling, but.... then went on to say crap about refunds and payment protection . Told him not to bother going any further as I really was not

I couldn t understand much of what they were trying to say, on the 3 calls. Line with lots of cuts, so I didn t felt much comfortable with the call looking as some sort of scheme.

When I asked him for the identity of the PC and its serial number so I could identify which of the 200 PCs at my location was the issue he blathered a bit and then when I asked him which of the Police Constables he wished to speak to he hung up. two missed calls when I eventually answered they knew my full name. Not sure if they re a liget company or not but If they are they need some serious customer service training. I got told I was a moody b**ch and then hung up on. I work in a call centre if I ever did that I d be out the door in seconds. Seems normal for them!
