This was on my bill, a call I made. This website incorrectly labels it as from 'Viet Nam Hanoi', which made this information very worrying, and I mark 'Who called me UK' as 'ANNOYING and Worrying'.. It is Machine Mart Gloucester, for my order 'click and collect' information, costed on my bill as 7 pence per minute. Slightly annoying, but worth sticking to email contact with MM as it cost me 34.8p for what was about a 1/4 minute call, so some must be a connection charge.

Got a call from this number , the woman who called had an accent, asked if i had insurance - car + home + life insurance , told not to call me again on marketing calls.

Calling on behalf of energy company from before we moved house, they completely messed up our bills and payments, agreed to wipe arrears when we moved and now being harassed by lcs via phone and texts weekly. I just block and ignore as we have a letter stating arrears have been cleared which lcs dont seem interested in.

Rang me at 5am! I rang back and it was a man who said the lines are now closed, didn’t say who they where though.

Very poor recorded message,stating "transaction abroad,to stop this press one" Scam.

It's a company called First Contact by Utilita. I was called on my mobile and they hung up. A return call revealed they were a call centre and I have now blocked the number.

No one there on phone and no message left when not answered

appears to be a Call center - if you call it back a voice will say stay on line and await the next available agent

CALL CENTRE PHONING ABOUT CAR ACCIDENT. PHONE SEVERAL TIMES A DAY FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS. WON T SAY WHERE THEY ARE FROM. HARRASSMENT.

Auto dialing not talking against Ofcom rules.Possible that they mention Boiler Replacment Scheme run by the Goverment Do it the calls that is over aperiod of time then they try again hoping people forget them. LIke other phishng units. Do Not TELL ANYTHING TO COLD CALL legit or ileagal.
