This number has called 3 times this week and when I answer they hang up. Who is it? If I hear from them again I will inform the police

Annoying Loft Insulation calls on three consecutive days!
Seems like a scam. I tried to call back and received a message referring me to look online due to a high volume of calls but it didn't say which organisation/company it was.
Called me yesterday and today. When I answered today they asked me if I was my dad. When I told them that wasn t me, they asked for my name anyway (which I didn t confirm) and they told me I had completed a survey and they were asking another survey. I told them I wasn t interested and asked them not to contact me again, they said I had consented to being contacted (not sure how when they thought I was somebody else) and the only way I could withdraw consent was by first completing the telephone survey.
