NHS helpline! Called me times today and left a message that was automated. I know they’re trying to do good but that’s a bit excessive is it not?
Apparently it is his job to get PPI papers to me and just needed to check my address, which he had (!!), needed my D.O.B. which he didn't get. Says I made an online application, which I haven't. Wasted 13 mins of his time fencing with him. Rang the number back they are Assist Financial Management but all you get is music & a muppet voice telling me how my call is very important to them and to stay on the line. However did not seem to have any idea about this size of the house or the amount of work involved. When I asked which days they could make a long list was reeled off... and yet the discount is because they are in the area.

He said he was ringing from a Liverpool Attorney about a car accident that I had last year. He gave wrong information when pressed for information. He said he was ringing from 0151 624 1003 but on 1471 the number came up as 0203 198 8103. Nothing but harassment these calls.
Multiple calls over the past two weeks, 3 calls today alone. I've told them I won't do business with them and have just replied by sms saying the same. Let's see if that works.

Got a call from this number saying they are from HMRC and I have criminal record for outstanding tax payments. They said if I don’t pay today over the phone a warrant will be out for my arrest. Tried calling the number back and It says service closed with a dial tone. Sounds like a scam to me. Please be aware.
