SCAM Substantial delay in the caller speaking as though I'd been queued in a call system. Spoke with a heavy Indian accent and call centre noise in the background. He asked for me by name, but immediately hung up when I asked for his identity.

This number is supposed to be the Parkingeye head office number who you call to pay a parking fine, but is it, or is it a scam ???? DOES ANYONE KNOW PLEASE. SCAM The caller was a recorded message suggesting they were from a Londoon Magistrate and stated that if I choose to ignore this information then my National Insurance number will be blocked and stop working. After another threat they told me to press 1 to speak to the officer in charge of the case. At which point I hung.

On checking with this website I find this number is in Manchester Uk, as was the number they asked me to WhatsApp. My son, on the other hand is nowhere even close to the Uk.

Interestingly, had another call 10 mins later, this time from 01732 896820 - they hung up immediately my machine kicked in. Probably the same scammer using different numbers??
