This is the fourth time this week calls from 01223 reputed to be Cambridge? saying my bank account has been attacked etc when pressed 2 to talk to the operator a female Asian voice answered....I asked are you in Nagapur India, the line went dead? They claimed to be from my bank (VM money was Yorkshre Bank) to ask me about potential fraud on my card. (£52 on Argos in Aberdeen) I was supicious when they got agressive when I didn't know my banking paswword and I said I would have to call them back. I called the fraud number I have in my phone (0800 121 4251) and they confirmed it wasn't them that called me before. The chap on the actual fraud line also said that the real bank won't ask for any part of or all your internet banking password EVER!

Caller was an Indian man giving the name of James from a “health” company- have had similar calls before from different numbers so obviously a call centre, want to know details of your vaccination status, etc, then ends up with a “life cover review” and asks you to accept new life cover from them. Caller did not like fact I knew this and I immediately said I am not looking to review my life cover, he told me to “grow up” and hung up!
