Got a call from this number claiming to be my current network provider, Vodafone giving 40% discount (...and I am not even with vodafone).. Was asking my name, address, email address etc.. Gave all bogus information and he abruptly hung up after realizing that I am taking him for a ride... Very likely a fraud call trying to extract information

When teh caller was challenged it was responded to by a possible African accented woman stating "I am your mother bitch!". The caller attempted to call again some minutes later. The call was not answered.

I've just kept one of their team talking for 12 minutes, saving others from being called by this scam! They claim to be "Road Traffic Management" and that they can get you additional compensation for a RTA you've had. They also claim to have got your details from the MIB (Motor Insurance Database), but when pushed they claim that all they were given was your phone number and the fact that your vehicle had been in an accident in the last five years that wasn't your fault. SCAM Fraud Banking Firstly, a test message was received on a mobile saying it was the Fraud department of a Credit Card company and they would be calling about “recent activity from your card. Expect a call from our Fraud team. Please wait for our call”. That was followed 2mins later by a phone call to the same mobile number saying it was from 02071934897 (London). Not a number associated with a Credit Card company! The male caller asked for the additional card holder by name but hadn’t called that person

This phone number is responsible for calling a friends place of work and saying vicious lies to try and get them fired from their job.

Text Message SCAM received a message from another number (07729360961) saying “heya mum this is a message from my iPad so you probably don’t have me saved but I recently switched providers to O2 so I have a new n.o okay. Message me on 07858925155 so I can save your contact”

Called from Citizens advice group. I questioned the male caller with a south Asian accent in some detail. He was very helpful. They were calling about debts and he asked what debts we had. I asked him where they got our number and he replied FCA ????????????. I then asked him for the person or department name as I have previously worked with FCA in the past, he didn’t give it to me. He was very polite and said he couldn’t continue. He also said they weren’t authorised in the UK!
