SCAM. Sent an email saying O had an unsecured loan for £5k approved that I applied for on Money Supermarket and to call the number. I didn’t apply for a loan so I knew this was icky. I also googled the email address that the email came from and nothing existed. Be very wary of this number.

No idea which company, or who is behind it. missed 2 calls so far when ringing back it will answer with an american text to speech voice and play music while it connects you to whoever. waited and waited and then the phone hung up automatically. Unsure if this is a scam or just a neauseunce.
SCAM - A lady spoke on the phone telling me they were handling the some kind of power checks after the recent gas and electric crisis. She started on some kind of lengthy spiel about the crisis and how they could help us determine our usage and ho to save us money. When I stopped her and asked her which company she was from she hung-up immediately.

I just got a call claiming (falsely) to be from this number, claiming (again falsely) that it was BT Openreach (or something). 01214 306470 called me on Monday 22 Aug 2022. An automated message with a male voice advising, "This is an urgent message from your bank. Two payments have been taken from your account ..." I hung up. A dangerous FRAUD CALL.
My mother has been contacted many times on this and other phone numbers. The message, from the caller is always the same, she tells my mother, first in English and then in Chinese that she has a package waiting for her, to collect from the Chinese embassy. This is clearly a scam call.

SCAM Fraud Banking Firstly, a test message was received on a mobile saying it was the Fraud department of a Credit Card company and they would be calling about “recent activity from your card. Can't say definitively but caller claimed to be from BT but did not have my account number or ask by name so I just told that that's a bit odd and hung up.
Whoever called from this number 02083131130 said they were from HMRC. This was an audio say that HMRC have been trying to get in touch and to press 1 to carry on the call.
Claimed to be from Virgin, calling about internet. Got increasingly frustrated with me when I said I didn’t recognise the number and would call Virgin myself. Didn’t believe the guy with Indian accent and I hung up when he wouldn’t go away. Scary as it sounded like a big call centre in the background and it would be easy to get sucked in. Hope everyone hangs up and karma catches up with what I believe are scammers.
Received a call from Amir from Contractor Resource to discuss life insurance. He advised that I had contacted them several years ago about a quote. When questioned about GDPR he advised that he would have my details removed. I have no recollection of ever enquiring about Life Insurance with any company.
