It appears that this number has been targeting Bournemouth, Manchester, London, Stirling and York. The No. hails from Northeast France and using Manchester as the UK hopping point.

It was a text from this number saying: From Three: We couldn't process your latest payment. To avoid extra charges or suspension of service, update your billing information via: 3-uk-portal.com It is clearly a scam but just in case I contacted Three as i just ended a contract with them and they said there is nothing outstanding and they have not tried to take a payment from me.
