02877778454 called 8 Feb 23 at 09:45hrs Female caller asked for me by name offering emergency call buttons, declined the offer.
Automated call, claiming to be from a bank (not specified) to inform me two payments had been made on a card. One to Amazon, and one an international transfer. Asked to press 1 to cancel, and another number to be transferred. This is the third call received in less than a week from similar numbers.

Fraud A friend of mine had money disappearing from her bank account, she's Burmese and her English isn't so good so I looked into it for her. Turns out it's a company called Florist-world.com that took 2 euro from her account then took 24 euro every 2 weeks. I finally found emails from them in her spam folder, they'd somehow managed to get hold of her debit card number and were taking 24 Euro every 2 weeks, the last email said that amount was increasing to 44 Euro. This was a recorded message clearly of a fraudulent nature, saying that I was to be arrested for tax fraud. I immediately hung up and did not listen to the whole message. I presume that there is some scam involved. It is at least annoying and is potentially dangerous for the unwary.
Fake and scam. Some woman with an Indian or Pakistani accent. Bad English. Pretended to be from BT. I told her she was a liar and BT didn't phone people about their broadband. She hung up.
