AO aggressive aftersales, using a no-doubt masked number. Female caller asked me to confirm my personal details - I refused given they had called me! It was framed to confirm my order, but was essentially a very sharp practice way to try and sell insurance. I asked if there was an issue with my order - she said 'no' very unconvincingly. Lady with a Swedish accent phoned my number asking for my daughter by her full name. I said that is my daughter what is this about? She then went on to ask if we know about the european laws reguarding crypto currency and I realised it was probably a scam and hung up to google the number and found it listed 6 times on a swedish number look up website.

This number is used by an Oven-Cleaning service - I tried to use them a couple of years ago but they would never come when I wanted them to. After getting my money back from the bank I told them that I did not want their services any more. Since then I have received literally hundreds of calls, all saying that they would like to confirm a time and date for their visit - I have asked them to stop but they are relentless. I have also blocked various numbers, at least 20 but they still call.
