I had had a call from BES earlier stating ofgem insisted I was entitled to commercial rates and therefore offered me a new contract. Then around 1 hour later received a call from 0124533067 who didn't state where they were calling from but asked to speak to new owner/tenant, I said no new tenant, he said thank you and said he would remove me from their list and put the phone down, so I am assuming this is a scam.

I just blocked it so if he calls again im saying "im just setting off to the police now, any evidence i need before i tell them about this?" This number is the worst call i have had in ages. It means that the caller ID is being spoofed which is completely out of their control - the nuisance calls we are getting are really from a different number that is masking as 02070609965.
