Accident claims firm, have blocked the number

Called wanting to talk to me about an accident that wasn t my fault but didn t know my name - hung up when I asked what date this accident was supposed to have happened.

Rang on a number of occasions now despite being ex-d & registered with TPS. Claim to offer consumer discounts on retail goods & services. Complete nonsense. Very persistent in trying to obtain bank a/c details for a £1 payment towards a trial payment. ITS A SCAM - DO NOT DIVULGE ANY DETAILS.

Told me I was in a claim I said I wasn t and i m not interested called me a pr**k for not being interested in ?2300 then became racist towards me. Really nice company. AVOID

Rang me and introduced himself but could not hear because of voices in the background. Sounded like a call centre. When asked to repeat himself he hung up.

calls morning and night repeatedly but then hangs up as soon as they suss that a human has answered rather than a machine.

We have had 3 calls within 5 mins, each person says that according to their industrial records I or a person at my address has worked in a factory in the past 20 years etc etc..... obviously they are cold calling to drum up legal claims trade!!!!!! Each time I tell them no one has worked in this sort of environment and each time they say they ll remove from their records and then surprise we get another call. TPS are absolutely useless!!!!!!!!
