16 called my number 7 times so far today (now 18.20) said they were from TPS about nuisance calls. I challenged the Indian accent sounding person that his call was indeed a nuisance call but he insisted that I should hear him out. I hung up.
Morethan keep calling me regarding pet insurance. I got a quotation from their website a couple of weeks ago, which was double everyone elses prices. Got the first call the following day, told the woman they were way too dear and that I wasn t interested. They now call at least once a day. They must be stupid or desperate for business. Clearly this is a nuisance and most certainly is unsolicited. Whilst the number appears to be a Manchester number clearly it is not. An elderly family member had a call from this number and in no way could understand the Asian caller. It is probably a fake number. When they ask if I have been in an accident recently my usual answer is to say "You tell me you seem to know". To the contributor who asked what 00 means in front of the number it is simply the first 2 digits you would dial when calling
