SCAM / SPAM Said he was calling from citizens advice , i asked him why he was calling he replied he had seen my details. When questioned how he had seen my details and what details and where he was based he said it was citizens advice in Manchester . I live in Somerset , I said goodbye and hung up. He spoke with an asian accent.

Received a call from 01206700891 which I missed initially. Then I got a 2nd call the next day which I answered. There was no voice on the other side, just silence, and then it hung up 3 seconds later. Sounds like an automatic system checking for active telephone numbers. DON'T ANSWER this number.

Scam. They insisted I had asked for help with services and sent me an email to prove it. Email is blank apart from the only thing there - a button that says "Previous messages". I had no dealings with the caller previously and I know I haven't sent any emails. So it is clear that link goes to and does something fishy!!!

I think this number is a fraud as that number is saying that I have HSBC bank and a suspicous payment is being made but I don't don't bank with these.. so definitely a fraud and if you do have a bank with and you get mobile number texting your bank, talk to your bank and don't interact or answer phone calls.
