SCAM they call again and again with an automated message claiming that a tax fraud investigation is being undertaken against you and they want you to pay money. Dangerous people. Block the number!
Robotic call asked for details of recent transactions and asked me to confirm that they were legit (all via phone keypad. After I answered in the affirmative I was told that I could continue to use the card as usual. On trying to use the card a few days later, it was blocked! Two phone calls to their 'Helpline' later I now have to wait for them to send me a new PIN. Total farce!
