Why are so many silent calls originating in this particular part of London? Is it always the same area because as soon as I block a number they just use a new one.

Insurance claim having never had an accident. Reported to TPS (for what use it does) and blocked on phone. I rarely give this number out and never on websites. No idea how they have it
