Automated voice call saying my internet connection will be dissconected in 4 hours due to the router being faulty and I should contact my service provider for a replacement. Asked me to press button 1, which i did not do of course. Suspect if i did it would route to a fake call center.

Definitely weird! I have missed calls all the time from this number and another they call constantly. Left one strange answer phone message. Looking at others comments seems to be people praying on customers of car phone warehouse who are due an upgrade. Which I am but haven t yet. Just ignore/block and go to the store to be sure n safe.

IT'S A DANGEROUS SCAM! A computer is dialling numbers in sequence to sniff out voice lines. If you speak then the line is detected as 'an active voice line' and logged as such, a scammer will then be calling you later! If you don't recognize the number calling DON'T SPEAK, JUST LISTEN! If you don't hear a voice and then the line goes dead then congratulations - you have just successfully escaped being scammed! THESE CALLS ARE HARASSING AND ALWAYS POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS!

this number text me saying this is their new number and had lost contacts. They asked so send numbers of people we both knew. I stupidly thought it was my aunt Sue, and sent my mum, cousin and Nan s numbers. A Facebook account has been created with this number for cybercriminality. All the publications are attacks against a cycling Club based in Goma called Goma Cycling Club. I'm formally complaining as the president of the club against this number and the Facebook page. Hope justice in UK will take good care of this situation ASAP.
