I don't know for sure as I'm basing my suspicions on information for another almost identical number, which would be a scam posing as an accident claim company.

I answered as it is a local area code but it was just someone telling me my address flagged up an accident I had in the past 2 years. I told them I hadn't so he apologised...

I have witnessed family getting harassment calls, invoices and debt collection threats from these stupid people.
