Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20328926xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with classical PPI claims - insurance marketing calls, mostly unsolicited. He said his name David and calling from First Direct and ringing about the injuries I received in the accident I had last year . . cut him short to ask him for his mothers phone number, he ask why. Told him so I could get my son to ring her up and tell her what a con merchant her son is. TOTAL SILENCE . . when to tried to speak again cut him off. Now blocked.
