He interrupted me and said that I have no idea how good his offer and let them in front of me. I interrupted him and said, "Not interested" and hung up. Why not understand the "No"?

Ambulance chaser named Reece from a company called "First Action" (doesn t exist), became very rude when I enquired as to his company details (phone number (this one is spoofed) address etc.) and hung up the phone. I am an TPS so them calling me for their "marketing purposes" (trying to strong arm me into making a claim about an accident and not taking no for an answer, repeatedly calling under different company names etc.) is harassment. It is clear I do not want to be contacted, so do not contact me!
