Fake Windows Technical Services call, as usual wanted to show me all the viruses and malware on my computer. "Whenever you browse your Google, it picks up the viruses and malware and we can remove them". Clueless. Refused to follow his instructions, so he threatened to "block my computer". Oh no. DANGEROUS - Message saying bank card has been used unlawfully and will be blocked unless we press one of their numbers. This one originated in Germany I believe. Shite.

They call from this number twice a day under the guise of different company names - Direct Utilities, Business Utilities, Select Utilities, Regional Utilities. They are clearly dumb, because when requested to remove our details from their records and stop calling, they say OK and then don t do it, despite being told the we only have a mailing box address and therefore have no need for utilities. Go back to school, children!

Keeps calling , haven t answered it but when they leave a voice mail it is completely silent !! Don t trust numbers that wont leave a verbal message.
