I rang the number back it’s about PPI saying I had money back in 2019 I told the lady I didn’t receive any money and to remove me from their database She started to raise her voice asking why would they do that when I had received money! I told her I had NOT received any money and to remove me from database. She started to speak I cut her short and said these calls should be removed remove me immediately and hung up. If it’s not a scam she seriously needs training how to talk to people Number is block

Went on to ask me to press '2' to cancel the transactions, so I hung up and checked the phone number out. It is unobtainable and has no ratings with you so I wrote this one. Take care. 01420 563233 called using my name and was obviously from India area. He reckoned he was speaking from Amazon and wanted to talk about an iphone I had ordered at about £740 apparently. Told him to get off the line or I will report him to the police. No doubt what the scam is he wasn't going to do it on me.

I asked who they represent and she said they work with a number of companies. I asked what her organisation was and she told me she'd get a manager to ring back in the next half hour.
