He then proceeded to try and get me to do the same on the phone BUT I preferred to do on the website for safety so declined. I have BT call guardian blocking withheld numbers and also a person need to identify who they are before the call gets through. This number fang but all the message left was double-beeps. The number was a mobile so I called it back and was put through to an answer message identifying the caller as Rache from Providence Personal Credit. So marketing or spam call as I have had no communication or contact prior to this with them.
