Well, after a couple of days of peace and quiet from this number.. they ve started again, with a VENGEANCE! I have reported them to EVERYONE they can be reported too, and now, im on plan B! FYI if you re on "talktalk" you can set up "last caller barring" which allows you to block up to 10 numbers from ringing you :) and its FREE!! im in the process of setting this up now, and hopefully it will stop all this nonsense! received letter saying had won ?825,000.00 and to ring this number. Did not ring as letter said a "processing fee" had to be paid in order to get "winnings". SCAM. Sent letter back in their envelope telling them to "f**k off".

Typical scam call, fake area code and all that.

Same story. About a road accident I had but caller was from Liverpool and they used an 01462 area code. Trying to get me to claim for unnecessary whip lash etc, I suspect. Blocked.

This number called me yesterday, and several times today. I picked up the most recent call and a girl laughed down the phone and hung up. No attempt to sell me anything or talk about pensions, as other comments have said, just straightforward nuisance call. Have now blocked them.

Telephone Preference Service is free and will never call you. Never give information to an unknown caller, no matter how plausible they sound.
