NATIONAL BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS LTD We were called today by Bailey who confirmed he found our number online and did not screen for TPS. He confirmed he understood the law regarding TPS. To call TPS reg number is against the law. Asked to speak with his manager Oliver who did not seem concerned. I repeatedly asked to be put through to his manager which he refused, 'saying no one was available'. Asked for the Compliance Officer again he refused.
SCAM Caller advised that they were calling from UK Benefits Office and I was eligible for compensation. They had received on notification that I was owed PPI claim on a loan. I have no loan history nor credit cards or mortgages, I know I am not eligible. But he was persistent and not happy that I didn't want to confirm my bank details to receive my compensation. BLOCKED!

A family member woith dementia was VERY rude to a telemarketer and we are now on their repeat list. TPS will do nothing as UClaim4Me insist that they received my invitation to call and in any case are only "advising" us of a "service" they offer. SCAM man calling himself Ryan said he was from Virgin Media, asking about my internet connection. Sadly I get scam callers daily, I can tell if it's going to be a proper business call or a scammer by the amount of time it takes to connect, if it takes some time then I know its connecting to a scam call centre on the Indian continent, I can predict they will have an Indian accent and an English Christian name.
