Called pretending to be from BT broadband about an awful virus on my computer about to bring the whole BT network to a grinding halt. Wanted me to give him remote access to computer and hub. The strange thing is that I had just posted a Royal Mail parcel (the day before), which I never do, so it may be an inside job or hacker involved.
