this company phoned me to say they could get me a lot of money back as my bank had overcharged me on the mortgage years ago but wanted almost ?600 payed by my credit card which I said I would have to think about it they were going to phone back the following day but never heard from them since and they use the above phone number

Fake number used by some dodgy debt collector, doesn t ring, just forwards to some Geordie bloke saying "you ve got a missed call from us". They use fake local numbers to make you think it s someone you know.

They ve just phoned my mobile at 9pm leaving message to call them back. Googled the name Westcote and their number and found this page and comments. No money owed to best of my knowledge but went bankrupt 6 years ago (cleared after 12 months). Nothing outstanding. Their phone number now blocked thanks to info on here. Cheers

I had a call from a very polite man called John , he represented Honest Johns Roofing and Tiling. The lead off the roof of our church had been stolen, and had water pouring in constantly . He offered to re roof our church for ?13000, which i thought was reasonable , as we had ,had quotes in excess of ?40,000. He told me that he had just re roofed the Vatican after the Italian Mafia had stolen all the Popes lead to buy drugs with, and had been personally thanked by the pope , when he had an audience with him
