The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. I never answer my phone whilst at work unless I know who is calling I have blocked this number from my phone several times over the last few months but for some reason it keeps getting through!

These are a company who are trying to enforce time lapsed statute barred debts I answer the phone and don t speak then it costs them money also if you don t end the call they cannot phone out again until you do they soon stop calling
