SCAM: received a text message, allegedly from my daughter, at 00.54 in the morning which was 'hello mum, this is my new number. My old phone no longer works. Can you send this number a message on Whatsapp? 07706376356.' So I did. I then checked with my daughter, who confirmed that she has not changed her phone number. I have phoned the number twice since; does not pick up but does go through to an anonymous voicemail.

SCAM Got 2 calls today, first one at 8am with a man with a indian accent who wasn't sure what name to call the caller and second one a woman more confident but as soon as I said that I was going to report her number at Action Fraud she started to panic. I made her believe that she was recorded and she change her tone of voice to terminate the call asap. Seems that they only hire Indian people behind this number.

Automated call SCAM supposedly a bank security warning. I have had a spate of these from various numbers in the last few days, with the same female-voiced, automated message, warning of "suspicious" payments made from my bank to Amazon and international transfers. the usual "press 1" to acknowledge the message, "press 2" to speak to someone. blocked.
Repeated calls to a number that's only known to family and won't take the hint to leave me alone, and despite all the calls I still don't know who they are. Have just made an official complaint against this number.

Had a call from this number on my landline at 5:30pm on Wednesday 26th July. Heard two voices on the line when I answered - one a lady who identified herself by name & said she was a local energy adviser (although this phone number is not local to me) but did not give a company name, the other a gentleman talking in a foreign language. SPAM, We have been researching insulation and similar, but have not asked to be put on any lists. Somewhere along the line we must have had details sold on/passed on, as we've had around 10 calls all from different, but similar numbers, including this one just now. Our phone is 'screened' by an automatic voce asking for the caller's name and NONE of them has done so, hanging up at that point. Very frustratig, keep blocking them, but another similar number rings a while later.....
