I requested withdrawal of my money and small part Got back to Me but over 1.3k was declined at first , then promised via WhatsApp and email that it will take up to2 or 3 weeks it was in the end of May ! Rang me and checked my name and the proceeded to tell me he wanted to talk to me about my computer I told him I suspected he was trying to defraud me and put the phone down.
The person addressed my by my first name, they stated that they where a pimp. There as noise in the background and the caller had an unknown accent

My wife answered. Foreign male called asking to speak to XXX. No security questions asked. Claimed he was from Microsoft. When told we were on TPS, he became argumentative. He clearly hadn't heard of TPS. When asked to remove our details from their database he became aggressive and said he would disconnect our phone at our address. He knew our address because he read it out! He then put the phone down when I said in the background we were connecting to the police.

The caller who had a Chinese accent said they were calling from 3 Mobile to sell me a new i phone or Samsung mobile, or alternatively all inclusive minutes for £6.00 for a SIM only deal and asked me what I was spending each month now.
