claimed to be from my internet provider-asked me to confirm router was working ok as had received large volume of calls. When I advised I was not at home(despite the fact they had called my landline) heard whispered conversation with a workmate/supervisor,asked to perform the same check on router again I repeated that I was not at home. Received a call from 07520648939, claimed to be from a finance/stock market company- very strong foreign accent. Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up. Probably a scam and I have blocked the number now

Untrustworthy scale - 10! Computer scam! Have been called at least five times in as many days. Different person each time (one time a woman, the rest were men). Some VERY aggressive. SPAM Rang saying they were from my electricity supplier. I asked where they got my personal information from, as they knew my name. They said "the system". Asked again, what legal basis they were holding my personal data and where they got it from. They hung up on me.
Marketing call - irritating message "we do not have an inbound number but don't worry we will contact you again soon" Yeah right. Blocked...
Checked number elsewhere as no comments here. Some say British gas (number on their website) re smart meters, some say call disconnected if you ask questions, some say messages received like from aliens...? I don t know but would like to bar these calls. Going for 5 as not sure what it really is!
