Someone with a strong Indian accent calling himself Francis called early in the morning wanting to conduct a survey. He hung up without apology when I mentioned I was registered with TPS. Report these telepests to ICO.

This number keeps ringing, an electronic voice says goodbye and it hangs up. I assume it s someone who has realised I m on the TPS but not until after their computers have dialled the number. Very irritating.

I have been receiving unsolicited SMS messages saying I have a loan agreed, just click the "short link"( = untraceable link). I have never asked for any loan. seems to be part of a campaign of similar "come on s" which seem to origionate from FFLoans, note I say seems to, not does

My parents, both in their 80 s, have been receiving calls from this number. Often early in the morning and in close succession, there is silence, giggling, but no communication - very disconcerting for them. Since neither of them are in great physical form, it is extremely worrying that these nuisance calls are causing them great discomfort. What can be done about it?

at this point a misdial from a local number, in which case no harm done I don't use my landline except for internet connections and never answer it if it rings. If this number rings again I will block the number. If it was someone I knew they would have my mobile number and know to use it.
