Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. I received a call for this number that is saying that im involved in a fraud. they only inform me what fraud I was involved with if they I will tell them my full name and address. I refused to give my details and they said if I refuse they will send a police to arrest me.

I keep getting automated calls asking for a person who does not live at my address. The number given to call is 08448150653 the name referred to is Hayley Brown with reference number 95867336. I believe this is a special rate number and I will not be calling it.
