Called a few times. Initially I answered. Chap said hello then line went dead. Not sure whether they wanted me to call back. But I didn t. Sounded like busy call centre from what I could gather first couple of times. Now blocked.Fed up with folk like this..no doubt pretending to be from EE (had that a LOT).

They said they were calling from HMRC, however HMRC never calls mobile numbers. Phone scams are a common way for criminals to con people out of money using various tricks to get your personal or financial information. TAXES / HMRC Call received letting me know that my National Insurance number had been compromised. Claiming to be from National Crime Agency. I have had a number of these calls from 07932 430057, then 07932 430068. I'm sure if you press 1 to be connected to someone you will be paying a fortune for the call. Just block it. If HMRC or the NCA want to get hold of you they won't be doing it with a random mobile number!!
