I called NatWest on their official telephone banking number who confirmed that this is an automated fraud prevention text alert. It was used to verify a suspicious transaction on my account with a simple Yes or No reply to the text. They state they will never ask for personal details on a text. Genuine number.

SCAM / SPAM I had this number call me at 2am for a few seconds. It woke me up but I didn't answer. I presume like the rest on here it is scam. Do not call them back as they may change you, it's not worth the risk.

Got a call from a "With-held" number, then minutes later got a call from the same company on this number saying "You have been selected to receive a discount..." I didn t let them get any further. These types of sales tactics are the lowest of the low methods of marketing and sales especially as my telephone number is registered with telephone preference!

"We can help you with IVF, write of your debts" type of thing. Usually I would play along, and ask for lots of details - get the call to waste her time for about 5 or 10 minutes, like I said I say at my desk So she comes out with "this was actually set up by the queen" "What she set this up" "Yes" and I thought all she did was gro old

this Indian woman rang me and for over three minutes told me that she was ringing to prevent any nuisance calls to my number in the future. I told her she was being a nuisance.... and she kept telling me that she was from the anti nuisance call line of the UK... that was the extent of the conversation. Felt like it was a Bart Simpson style prank call.
