This was actually just an automated BT text-to-landline service telling me the time slot for my Costco parcel delivery that I was expecting, so this was completely legit for me. It will try ringing you several times until you listen to the text message so just listen and it will stop. However, as it's a generic BT service it is open to abuse but I would advise against blocking it because the message delivery service itself is not a scam, just be aware though that the message you receive could be bogus.

They called me to say they were from Scottish Widows Life Insurance Review Team and it was for 12 month review to check my details. I don't have life Insurance with Scottish Widows so I knew it was a scam and when I questioned where they had my details from they ended call.
