Poor audio.so I said I didn’t know what he was talking about so hung up.He rang back quite persistent.so I told him to stop annoying me as I couldn’t hear him and hung up. Sounded like a scam.

Posing as BT to gain control of your computer to fix a virus. Scam call and will try to convince you they are BT but it s not. Asked for a 0800 number to call them back and he was abusive down the phone. Do not do what they say.

I have now received two calls from this number. One last week and one to day (27/3/13) time 17.51pm.I do not recognise number so do not pick up and from previous calls like this one I do not ring back either.

Calling 4/5 times a day. We refuse to answer and identify from caller id. This equates to being harassed.
