Pertaining to be NCA re use of my NI Number for fraudulent activity. Automated voice said "press 1 to speak to an officer". I Hung up and provided no details - indeed why would a government agency be phoning from a Vodafone Mobile Number?!
Had this number call me everyday. It s an automated machine call. I am going to email the company and tell them I will be charging them ?6 per call I receive plus another ?6 per minute duration of the call. And ?10 per letter / email I have to send them after.

Sean Fisher and his manager Martin called 2nd Aug (pm) relentless, bullying, demanding money then wanted to discount! Had clearly stolen my details from a reputable charity and implied that their huge Art Dept had been working tirelessly. Could not email me a copy and hung up when I read out some of these posts and said I was going to report them to Trading Standards, Consumer Advice and the Police. All agencies notified and will investigate.

SCAM - they were trying to offer to switch my phone contract to get a new iPhone. I had to ask repeatedly for them to remove me from their calling list before they listened and said goodbye. Number is now blocked.

Call center Pertaining to be from Whoopsie.co.uk. Another boiler maintenance company. They actually seem to be a legitimate firm offering alternative boiler maintenance contract as insurance brokers.. However, I am already with British Gas and have no problems with them and also 7 month left on the contract. Rather pushy sales rep who insinuated I had wasted 20 minutes of her time. In that case, job done at this end I would say.
He offered to renew my van insurance, at a lower cost. My van insurance was not due for renewal yet he had a lot of details about me. However the van he had me as owning was from over 5 years ago, so I guess this is some old hacked database and then a scam to get your money. After dozens of missed calls from this number - I never answer a number I do not recognise - I rang back the 0207 number and got a recorded message with another number to call to unsubscribe - 0207 619 7888. You need to quote the number they ve called you on and tell them it s Shelter, as they re obviously a telemarketing company with a number of clients. I donated to Shelter by text and since then have been plagued by these calls at all hours. Waiting to see if they re as good as their word...
